Viktor Yengibaryan

Born on July 11, 1981 in Talin.

2002 - Graduated from the Faculty of Sociology of Yerevan State University.

2004 - MS degree of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Bochum (Germany) with a degree in European Studies and Management of International Corporations.

2003 and 2011 - Advanced courses at the University of Hagen (Germany) and the London International Center for Parliamentarism.

2018 - Training course of Public Administration at Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (USA).

2004 - 2005 - Minefield cartographer of the joint program of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia and the United Nations.

2006 - 2018 - Founding Chairman of the Armenian Council of the International European Movement.

2008 - 2010 - Member of the Management Council of the program “Millennium Challenges.”

2011 - 2013 - Program Manager of the German Association for International Cooperation.

2002 - 2004 - Member of the Executive Council of the Union of Armenian Academicians.

Since 2011 - Member of the editorial board of the Journal of Foreign Relations of the European Union.

December 9, 2018 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the territorial electoral list of the electoral district #6 of the “My Step” alliance of parties.

Author of numerous journalistic articles.

Married, with two children.
