Born on August 9, 1972 in the Georgian SSR.

1992 - 1993 - Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

1996 - 1997 - Served in a special detachment of the Police of the Republic of Armenia.

Participated in the Artsakh war of liberation.

1990 - Graduated from the Yerevan Machine Building College.

2006 - Graduated from the Faculty of Sports Pedagogy and Management of the Armenian State Institute of Physical Culture.

Teacher of physical culture and sports, judo coach.

1996 -1997 - Worked at the General Department (Department 6) of Combatting Crime organized by the Police of the Republic of Armenia.

1998 - 2004 - Worked at the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.

2004 - 2018 - Worked at the Department of a Personal Security and Property Protection of the General Department of the State Security of the Police of the Republic of Armenia.

Since 2017 - Adviser to the President of the National Olympic Committee of Armenia (on a voluntary basis).

December 9, 2018 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the territorial electoral list of the electoral district #10 of the “Prosperous Armenia” party.

Married, with three children.
