Born on March 8, 1990 in Yerevan.

2012 - 2014 - Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

2010 - Graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of the Yerevan State University.

2011 - University College London (UCL), Master’s Degree in Politics and Security.

2012 - Graduated from Jagiellonian University in Poland, Master’s Degree in European Studies.

2017 - 2018 - Engaged in scientific activities.

May, 2018 - January, 2019 - Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

Founding member of the “Civil Contract” party.

2015 - 2017 - Member of the Department of the “Civil Contract” party, Media Speaker of the party.

December 9, 2018 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “My Step” alliance of parties.

January 18, 2019 - Elected Chairman of the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.

2016 - Awarded the Diploma of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.
