Born on May 26, 1966 in Yerevan.

1984 - 1986 - Served in the Soviet Army.

1991 - Graduated from the Moscow All-Union Law Institute (RF). Lawyer.

1986 - 1994 - Worker at the Yerevan Precision Instruments Plant. Participated in the liberation battles of Artsakh.

1994-1997 - Chief of Service in the Battalion of Special Purpose of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

1997 - 2000 - Deputy Commander of the Regiment of the Ministry of Defense.

2000 - 2012 - Chair-founder of the association “Vasanavi.”

2012 - 2017 - Member of the National Assembly (proportional electoral system, PAP). June 11, 2012 - July 08, 2016 - Member of the Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs of the National Assembly.

July 08, 2016 - May 18, 2017 - Member of the Standing Committee on Agriculture and Nature Protection of the National Assembly. Member of the “Prosperous Armenia” faction. Member of the PAP.

April 2, 2017 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the territorial electoral list of the electoral district #2 of the “Tsarukyan” alliance of parties.
