Born on September 22, 1968 in Sisian.

1987- 1989 - Served in the Soviet Army.

1992 - Graduated from the Agricultural Mechanization Department of the Armenian Agricultural Institute. Engineer-mechanic.

1992 - 1995 - Chief Engineer of the “Spandaryan” HPP Construction Department.

1995 - 1997 - Chairman of the production cooperative “Hydro.”

1997-1999 - Deputy Director of the “Vorotan” Complex of Hydroelectric Power Plants (HPP).

2007 - 2017 - Director of LLC “Hydro.”

April 2, 2017 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the territorial electoral list of the electoral district #5 of the RPA.

2012 - Awarded the Jubilee Medal of the “Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia: 20 years” (MD).

Married, with three children.
