Born on January 25, 1977 in Abovyan.

2000 - Graduated from the Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University.

1997 - Founded the Company “A.A. Harutyunyan.”

1997 - 2003 - Director of the Company “A.A. Harutyunyan.”

2003 - 2004 - Technical Inspector of the Yerevan  ArmRosGazprom CJSC.

2004 - 2005 - Deputy of the technical department of "Ajapnyak" branch of "ArmRosGazprom" CJSC.

2005 - 2009 - Head of the “Kentron” branch of ArmRosGazprom CJSC.

2009 - 2017 - Director of the Artashat branch of “Gazprom Armenia.”

April 2, 2017 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the territorial electoral list of the electoral district #10 of the RPA.

Married, with two children.
