Born on July 28, 1969 in the village of Dian in Aragatsotn province.

1987 - 1989 - Studied at the Kazan Higher Military School of Missile Forces.

2009 - Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Gyumri University “Progress.” Lawyer.

1990 - 1994 - Engaged in commercial activities in Yakutsk (Russian Federation).

2001- 2005 - Engaged in commercial activities in Moscow.

2006 - Founded the LLC “Yes yev Na” (Me and him/her).

2006 - 2017 - Chair of the LLC “Yes yev Na”.

April 2, 2017 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the territorial electoral list of the electoral district #7 of the RPA.

Married, with three children.
