Born on June 5, 1974 in Artik town in Shirak province.

1995 - Graduated from the Hrachya Acharyan University, 2003 - Yerevan Agricultural Academy.

1991- 1993 - Worked as Quality Inspector (controller) in “Artiktuf” Unity.

1993 - 1994 - Served in the Armenian Army.

1994 - 2007 - Served as RCS chief inspector in the Inner Affairs Division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Artik, a senior lieutenant of police. 2007 - 2011 - Worked as Chief Engineer, Deputy Director of CJSC “Artiktuf.” 2007 - Founded the LLC “Mush Kol.”

Since 2008 - Member of Political Council of the “Prosperous Armenia” party.

2011 - 2012 - Elected as Deputy of the National Assembly (proportional electoral system, PAP.)

May 6, 2012 - Elected Deputy of the National Assembly from the electoral district #36

Married, with two children.
