2005 - Graduated from the Yerevan Branch of International Academy (Institute) of non-profit Autonomous Organization and Entrepreneurship in Moscow. Lawyer.

1973 - 1982 - Locksmith at manufacturing unit “Electrasark.”

1982 - 1986 - Locksmith at “Remdetal” factory.

1986 -1989 - Master of workshop.

1990 - 1996 - Chair of “Basek” cooperative.

1997 - 1998 - Head of the South western district, “Service #2.”

1998 - 2004 - Deputy Director of “Mashtots” branch of “Yerevan Electracancer” LLC. Director of “Musaler” branch.

2004 - 2006 - Head of the Davitashen Territorial Subdivision of the State Committee of Real Estate attached to the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

2006 - 2009 - Head of the Yerevan Achapnyak community.

2009 - 2012 - Head of the Yerevan  Achapnyak Administrative District.

May 6, 2012 - Elected Deputy of the National Assembly from the electoral district # 6.
