2006 - Graduated from the Orenburg Institute of the Moscow State Law Academy, RF. Lawyer.

2003 - 2005 - Senior customs inspector of the department of current control over freight vehicles of the Syunik regional customs.

 2005 - 2008 - Head of the department of current control over freight vehicles of the Syunik regional customs.

2008 - 20016 - Head of the Syunik Regional Department of the Pre-release Control Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

2016 - 2017 - Head of the Sisian City Municipality.

2017- 2021 - Head of the Sisian populous municipal district.

June 20, 2021 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Armenia” alliance of parties.

Married, with three children.
