Born on April 10, 1972 in the village of Lejan in Lori province.

1995 - 1997 - Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

1995 - Graduated from the Faculty of Mining and Metallurgy of the Yerevan K. Marx. Polytechnic Institute. Mining engineer.

2004 - 2006 - Head of adjusting service of “Armautostantion” CJSC.

2008 - 2015 - Director of the transportation company “King Deluxe.”

2013 - 2015 - Director of the transportation company “Trans Comfort” and the LLC “Smart Soft.”

2015 - 2018 - Founding - Director of the transportation company "Eurasia.”

2018 - 2019 - General Director of the transportation company “Multi Autotrans.”

December 9, 2018 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the territorial electoral list of the electoral district #9 of the “Prosperous Armenia” party.

Married, with two children.
