1990 -1995 - Deputy of the Supreme Council (electoral district #4.) Member of the “Republic” deputy group.

1995 - 1999 - Deputy of the National Assembly (electoral district #4.) Member of the “Republic” faction, member of the “Yerkrapah” deputy group.

1999 - 2003 - Deputy of the National Assembly (electoral district #23.) Member of the Standing Committee of State and Legal Affairs of the National Assembly. Member of the “Unity” faction.
