The interlocutors highlighted the International Parliamentary Fellowship programme, which had been functioning from 1998 and numerous young people from Armenia had practice in Bundestag. In this context, Hovik Abrahamyan noted that an agreement had been reached with the President of the German Bundestag Lammert in the National Assembly of Armenia about the opportunity of implementation of a similar programme: practical negotiations had been held between the representatives of the Staff of the National Assembly and the German Embassy on receiving 2 graduates of Germany from 2013 in order to pass practice in the RA National Assembly. “This is one more step in the reinforcement of inter-parliamentary cooperation,” Hovik Abrahamyan noted.
