“Dear compatriots!
The year 2013 is coming to an end.
Every new beginning is the natural continuation of the previous one, and the New Year and the Holy Nativity have a special mystery.
That mystery is conditioned by the hope and faith of the bright future, with the consciousness of faithfulness and forgiveness, with love and responsibility towards family and the Motherland.
The Motherland is everybody’s family, and with everybody’s responsibility and devotion, consciousness of the civil duty, solidarity, unity and tolerance it is possible to ensure its peace, stability and welfare.
I believe in my people and its collective force, and I am sure that with the triple unity of Armenia, Artsakh and Diaspora, bringing together our mental and material potential, with the will of the authorities and the people our all-national ideas and goals for our Motherland will become reality. Today, those ideas are vital. The past years of independence have proved that our people are both capable and worthy to build more powerful and secure Armenia.
Dear compatriots!
The authorities of the Republic of Armenia led by Serzh Sargsyan are resolute to continue the policy aimed at strengthening the regional peace and stability, reinforcing Armenia and forming welfare society.
The National Assembly has its important role and participation in state-building and the stable development of our country, and we will continue to regulate and improve the different spheres of our life by law, with confronting the external challenges we’ll try to more effectively use the possibilities of parliamentary diplomacy.
Dear compatriots!
I congratulate your New Year and Holy Nativity, and I wish you happiness, health and optimism. Let there be love and abundance in your families. Let memorable things happen in Armenia. Let peace soar everywhere, and the Holy Nativity be a guideline of God-pleasing deeds and reinforcing of faith for everybody.
Happy New Year and Holy Nativity!”
