I warmly congratulate you on the occasion of the Day of Agronomist.

As for any country, for Armenia also agriculture is a sphere of strategic importance, one of the priorities of country’s economic development. In different periods of history village and land have played a key role in the life of our people: in the national identity and formation of patriotism.

Whatever importance in different spheres of economy modern technologies are, the love towards land, human warmth and care provide more qualified and natural agricultural product.

Being familiar with the farmer’s cares and problems, and at the same time realizing the role of competitive agriculture in the process of the country progress and improvement of the public welfare, the state consistently and with maximum possibilities continues to take steps in the solution of the social problems of the village, in the improvement and upgrading of the sphere of agriculture.”
