“Dear citizens, dear compatriots of the Republic of Armenia,
I congratulate all of us on the occasion of the 29th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Armenia.
The independence referendum held on this day of 1991 gave de jure content to the natural territory where we, the Armenians lived and worked, and called it Motherland. After September 21 we are not only Armenians, and this territory is Motherland, but we are also the RA citizen, who live in the Republic of Armenia.
A historical opportunity is given to us to be one of about two hundred peoples, who have an opportunity to live and create in the independent state. According to this, every day we shall fix with our actions the irreversibility of our self-sovereignty, every day we shall reconquer the right of having independent Armenia and serve our best qualities for the glory of our united Republic of Armenia,” the congratulatory message of the Head of the Parliament reads.
