Born on August 19, 1968 in Yerevan.

2002 - Graduated from the Armenian Agricultural Academy. Economist

He was awarded a medal for his services in promoting the Olympic movement in the Republic of Armenia (2002.)

1988 -1990 - Served in the Soviet Army.

1990 - Worked as a skilled worker in a factory producing sanitation technologies.

1993 - Head of a production unit of metal constructions.

1994 - 2003 - He had his own business.

2003 - 2007 -  Deputy in the National Assembly (electoral district #14.) He was a member of the Standing Committee on Financial-Credit, Budgetary and Economic Affairs of the National Assembly. He was not involved in any factions and Deputy groups.

2007 - 2012 - Elected  Deputy of the National Assembly (electoral district #7.) Member of the Standing Committee on Financial - Credit and Budgetary Affairs of the National Assembly. He was not involved in any factions.

May 6, 2012 - Elected Deputy of the National Assembly from the electoral district #7.

Married, with five children.
